The trial session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is free of charge. A trainer will discuss your goals, show you the studio and guide you through a short training session. Simply register via our contact form or by phone.

We offer flexible memberships: monthly cancellable, 6-month and 12-month contracts. All memberships include access to all equipment and group classes. Personal training can be booked additionally.

Cancellation is possible monthly or at the end of the contract term, depending on your agreement. A written cancellation via email or in person at the studio is sufficient. The exact notice periods are stated in your contract.

We are open Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On public holidays, different hours may apply — we will announce these in advance.

With personal training, you work out 1-on-1 with a certified trainer. Together we create an individual training plan based on your fitness check and your goals. Sessions are scheduled flexibly.
