The grain is stone-milled within 48 hours of rolling to preserve the maximum germ content and omega-3 fatty acids. Packaged in a home-compostable kraft paper bag with a tin-tie closure (no plastic window). Certified organic by the Soil Association. No additives, no preservatives — just oats.
